REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing High fashion by JOL for  your fashion needs. We aim to ensure your satisfaction and a seamless shopping experience. Please familiarize yourself with our refund and exchange policy below:

For Customers Within Nigeria: We are pleased to help you with exchanges for all original priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition, including the original tags attached. All merchandise should be returned within 2 days after delivery for a different size only. Returned items must include tags and plastic bags. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the address of the original shipper on record.

For our international customers: if you wish to make an exchange, please contact us via our social media page within 1-2 days of receiving your items.

General Guidelines:
All accessory sales are final. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for accessories.
Refunds for delivery charges will only be processed in cases where the goods are deemed faulty. Please allow 2-5 business days for refunds on damaged merchandise to be processed.
Customers are responsible for the delivery costs associated with exchanges.

Important Notes: Returns within Nigeria may take 2-3 business days to reach our warehouse. Kindly allow an additional 2-4 business days for the processing of your return upon arrival at our warehouse. Kindly note that items purchased on the website are not eligible for returns or refunds.
