Returns

For customers within Nigeria, items may be returned within 48 hours of delivery. For international customers, items may be returned within 7 working days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Free from stains, damage, alterations or signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for returns due to change of mind, incorrect size or preference. Eligible returns may be processed as an exchange or store credit, subject to availability.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue. Such cases will be reviewed separately from our standard return policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item for an exchange or store credit, except where the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and the available resolution.

Within Lagos, Nigeria: Enjoy same-day delivery for orders within Lagos, Nigeria. Place your order before 4PM to avail of this service.

Outside Lagos: Expect your order to arrive within 3-4 working days for destinations outside Lagos but within Nigeria.

International Shipping: For international orders outside Nigeria,it takes up to 7 working days for delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, customs processes, or extreme weather conditions.
